50 years ...that's cool
Yup, its been part of our culture for quite some time now.
So has anime, thanks for making that by the way.
Now please make this a part of our culture
Its India's decision to either choose us or China to build India's own Shinkansen. Does India prefer Japanese technology and expertise with an unblemished 50 year record history, or does it prefer China's own design ?
Well we prefer Japanese tech over Chinese any day. That goes without saying. It's common knowledge here in India.
Love the Shinkansen! You Japanese are awesome!
I prefer Japanese, way too mature and experienced. And I don't care if Chinese members get offended= their govt has for 2 decades pushed projects off their engineers for symbolic victories and not given them enough freedom for quality issues, this makes the stuff really trashy. I don't trust their tech.
Fellow passengers chatted quietly, or picnicked from their bento boxes. There were no noisy boozed-up football supporters, no businessmen shouting into phones, no spotty teenagers with music leaking from their headphones. Perhaps the only way the Japanese can peacefully coexist in such a crowded country is by sticking to the rules and showing consideration to others; it certainly makes Japan a very civilised country to explore as a tourist.'
This is exactly what I felt when I first visited Japan. The cleanliness ,law and order I have witnessed there is unmatched by any country I have visited in my whole life. Japanese people are soooo law abiding/follow rules/respect authority to the point where sometimes it's as if they are robot. Lol
I don't mean it in a bad way, but in a good way. If only every country in the world was like Japan, then we will be living in a much better /peaceful /harmonious world. You will hardly ever see any protests in Japan no matter what the government does, unlike in countries like Taiwan, China, India, Russia, or even in U. S/european countries.
I will never say it enough, Japan sure is a unique country. Kudos.
You explained it yourself, the key point is "as a tourist". Things are getting interesting when you look beyond the superficial
Absolutely true, as a tourist you see things quite in a rosy way when visiting developed countries. Wait till you live in a foreign country for a while, it will blow away some of the "dusts" covering your eyes.
Wait till he take a good look at Singapore when it comes to law abiding citizens, the country will hand out tough punishments for minor to harmless activities
Hihihihihi.....:Dmy friend Nihonji, I'm just saying the truth. Japan is a nice /unique country. I hope other Asian(and even western) countries emulate Japan.
Wish most countries in the world could be so law abiding/respect authority like Japanese people do. I don't know how the government managed to make Japanese people so law abiding /respectful /submissive to authority. Maybe it's a historical /cultural thing. I don't know. But I think it's great for a successfull/progressive country. Reason why Japan is so developed(first Asian country to industrialized )and advance I guess
